| Arguing that 'some environmental groups have seized the world stage and the public's attention by distorting facts, bending the truth and even committing acts of terrorism against innocent citizens', Envirotruth provides a wealth of authoritative information and counter argument. Well-organized, with excellent resources for the media and students. Devoted to more than simply global warming. | |

Excellent site for exposure of all sorts of garbage masquerading as science. It motto: 'All the junk that's fit to debunk' gives a clue to the content and style. Very topical and up-to-the minute maintenance. Its Global Warming Links page is particularly impressive. Go to: http://www.junkscience.com/links/gwlinks.htm |

http://www.john-daly.com |
| Another excellent site---largely the work of the late John Daly. If it's facts and data you want, there are more than enough here. Also plenty of articles, satellite images, reviews and exposés---all wrapped up with some lovely irony. | |

| Another interesting 'one-man' site---this one maintained by Warwick Hughes, a freelance earth scientist. Keenly focuses on the scientific credibility of the temperature data that are used to justify greenhouse 'concern'. The site requires a little care to navigate (it is still under construction), but apart from the temperature material, there are many interesting links to satellite images, critical reviews, air quality issues, icebergs, etc. Well worth a look. | |

| An American libertarian 'think-tank' devoted to a free-market approach to a host of public policy issues. Although more than a Greenhouse site, the climate change material is worth seeking out. | |

| Another US free-market 'think-tank' ,which again is devoted to a wide range of issues. The Greenhouse material is good and deals with both science and policy. The site is best approached by using the Search button on the home page. | |

| More an extensive review article than a site in itself, this piece, by scientist David Hoyt, examines recent temperature data and the interpretations to which they have and should be put. There are many links along the way and a very useful collection of links at the foot of the article. | |

| Here's a change---a group that actually promotes the benefits of enhanced atmospheric CO2 levels! A great site, with patient explanations of the wider role of CO2, which does not ignore the political dimensions of the wider debate. Has an interesting links page as well. | |
